Purchased a certified used vehicle. When I got home there was an oil leak showing on my garage floor. Returned for service and received a loaner vehicle for the day. The problem was corrected (valve cover gasket failed). Just disappointed to have an issue as soon as I received the vehicle. Service dept handled my problem professionally and quickly.
Everyone was very professional and helpful throughout my process with the GM infotainment team to request cost assistance to replace the cracked cue screen defect since the vehicle was out of warranty (57,500miles).
I believe when they replaced my screen they scratched the brushed silver above my dashboard. It was great that someone was able to come to my house to jump start my car and bring it to the dealership for me!
Left car all day and nothing got done. Had scheduled appointment that was booked earlier in the week. Dropped car night before appt, called dealership in the morning to confirm what needed to be done, called at 4pm told it never made it into bay.
My appointment was scheduled for 12pm and I was notified that the mechanics started lunch at 12pm and the wait could be 1-2 hours. Much to my surprise I noticed my vehicle in the shop and a mechanic working through lunch. My repair was completed in a timely manner and the customer service was outstanding. Top notch dealership!
