Very realistic estimate of time for repairs. However, printout read oil life at23% when oil change was performed, & readout in car was @ 18%. Loaner car arranged for the weekend w/o a glitch. Car was ready on time. Pete

It was very simple we saw what we want it online we called spoke to someone. Showed up today we told him we would be there vehicle still available we test drove it filled out paperwork and were approved 10 minutes.
Love the representatives in the service department. They are always so pleasant and knowledgible. I worked with Meagan this time. Baker is fortunate to have such a great employee. In today's world of automation, it is refreshing to receive personalized customer service. Thank you!

Ask your so called manager. Very un professional. Will never bring my car for repair or purchase another car from Baker again. A very poor choice by your manager. My car was always very well maintained and was a good looking car until Baker serviced it. I will get the chips repaired that were a result of your mechanic not using care when replacing the battery. Penny wise and pound foolish

The service department at Baker Cadillac has always been great to deal with. They always call with an estimate before going forward with any extras. They are also willing to prioritize what should be done right away and what can wait. The professionalism and exemption of high pressure sale tactics in the service department is truly appreciated. I have also taken advantage of a courtesy vehicle which makes the appointment convienant regardless. I do not need to rely on anyone for transportation nor do I need to sit and wait. Keep up the great work!
