Bob and Shelley were excellent in helping us decide what had to be done to the XTS and then making it happen. On time and just what we expected. The video is a superb way of seeing what needs to be done through the eyes of the technician. We'll be back
Shelly in the service department got me in on short notice and it was deeply appreciated,oil was changed tires rotated and she even had my vehicle washed great service and it doesn't get any better than that
Work was done quickly, after completion the vehicle rode very nice.I have never had a bad experience with the service or workmanship,as I have to travel quite a distance from NH I think this speaks volumes for my opinion of Baker Cadillac and also of their sales staff.
I was able to drop off my car on short notice because I had a warning light on-- they were able to put me in a loaner for a day while the problem was resolved. Everything went smoothly at the dealership.
It is always a positive experience at Baker service. Shelley keeps you informed with what's happening on your vehicle and contacts you for approval on any and all repairs. My car was returned to me washed which was very nice. The service department at Baker is great!
