Hi. I am Joel Baker, President and owner of Baker Cadillac. I have been in business for over 20 years at our current Leominster location, selling servicing and leasing new and pre-owned vehicles of all types. I am proud to have friendly and knowledgeable staff in every department to serve your transportation needs. Prior to operating Baker Cadillac, I was vice-president of Norman Baker Auto Sales in Worcester, buying and selling pre-owned vehicles since 1981. By degree I am a mechanical engineer and have an MBA, but I have always had a passion for the automobile business. I enjoy serving our customers, from near and far, to make their transportation experience the best it can be.

Hello, my name is Jason Plamondon (JP). I am the Business Manager here at Baker Cadillac. I was born, raised, schooled, and still live here in Leominster, MA. I have been in the automobile business nine years and it has been with Baker the whole time. Hello, I am Chris Dube from the Baker Parts Department. I have been in the parts business for the past 23 years. Wow, I guess I am getting old! I started as a driver for a parts store in 1987, then went to Salvadore’s for 5 years. I have now been employed at Baker Cadillac for the past 11 years. I enjoy working with people. Hi, I am Paul Legendre. I've worked in the parts department at Baker Cadillac since February 2003. I started as the parts truck driver then was promoted to parts consultant in October 2004. I enjoy selling parts to our service department, wholesale all over new england, and also to our valued customers.

My name is Vernon Beauvais. I have been working for a General Motors dealership since 1981. I have been with Baker Cadillac since 1992.
